The participants, on Saturday, 23 November 2019 were escorted to their respective venues

where they presented their months of hard work in front of the eminent panel of judges.
Their conclusive explanations and crisp delivery made it a leviathan task for the
distinguished panel of judges to choose the winners. The valedictory function began with the

lighting of the lamp that was followed by the Principal’s address. The winners received

certificates and trophies and were appreciated for their commitment, dedication and zeal.

Dr Manojendu Choudhury, a Ph.D in physics on High Energy and Radio Astronomy from

Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, University of Mumbai graced the occasion both as

the Chief Guest as well as the subject expert. Mr Manojendu Choudhury, in his address,
reinforced the need to see things differently in order to produce innovative and
groundbreaking results. He reminded the science enthusiasts that the spirit of enquiry and

the thirst to know more would pave the way for scientific thinking and know how. Dr. A.M.
Bhagwat, a scientist par excellence and Chairman of Navi Mumbai Science Foundation and

Maharashtra Academy of Sciences also graced the occasion along with several dignitaries
and experts in the field of science. Dr Bhagwat exhorted the curious minds to leave behind

all inhibitions and conjectures; rather the students need to continually probe and question
for better comprehension and clarity. The event concluded with the vote of thanks.
