ACHIEVING PERSONAL GROWTH DURING

                                            CHALLENGING TIMES

               Most of us fear the unknown situation and when we suffer, often we become
               self-absorbed and fixated on all the negativity around us. It feels impossible

               to look beyond  oneself.  However,  suffering  can be  an obstacle  or an
               opportunity. If you see it as an opportunity, you will be able to make the best
               out of it.


               The secret lies in redirecting your attention, being open to the present and
               considering all of the possibilities. Big accomplishments begin with small
               accomplishments, daily  accomplishments, and ordinary  accomplishments.

               The key to success and happiness is being fully present in every moment.

               Some of the key factors include:
               1) Allowing self to  feel into  one’s own  emotions:  Avoiding feelings of

                   emotional discomfort is often the biggest mistake made by us. Which
                   often sprints us to the nearest distractions thinking that we can avoid the
                   reality. Unfortunately, it is only a baggage that we carry into out future
                   experiences. Instead just sit breath and allow yourself to feel whatever
                   you are feeling which will help you vent out or reason out.

               2) Practise Self - Care:  During the time of challenges especially when you
                   are  dealing  with bigger  problems.  Practising  nourishing  yourself
                   accurately through healthy food, exercise, and restful sleep, is difficult.

                   But we need to cater to ourselves more to face our strives.
               3) Do one thing each day that reminds you of how amazing you are: Think
                   of one inspiring event in your life that you can recall which moved you or
                   encouraged  your confidence.  You would simply  feel  that you are just
                   moving  through  a  difficult time  and you  are going  to  overcome the

                   obstacle easily.
               4) Be Brave and confront your fears: At times, our feelings of discomfort or
                   fears  could distract us from seeing  the benefits  of taking hold of the

                   chances. Learn to analyse your discomfort feelings or fear to help you flow
                   towards positive change.

               Hence  personal growth can be  achieved  with positive  thoughts creative

               thinking, happiness, and confidence. You only fail if you quit. So don’t quit
               and  be a successor.
