Flower day
Flower Day was celebrated in the school
premises on Monday, 14 October 2019.
The idea behind the concept was to
familiarise them with the world of flowers.
Children wore dresses, accessories and
hats which were innovatively decorated
with flowers. They all looked stunning in
their attire. The event was not only as
refreshing as the bright flowers, but it also
helped the students to distinguish between
different flowers and their colours.
Teachers organised different activities for
the students where they talked about
different types of flowers, and their
importance and uses. A singing corner was
arranged for them to sing a song on flowers
which they enjoyed. A game zone with
two coding games called “Find my colour”
and “Oranges and Lemons” was also
organized. They played happily and
enjoyed the flower day to the fullest.
