Cleanliness Day
To explain to the students how important personal
hygiene is, teachers of LKG narrated stories and
rhymes and had a picture talk session on personal
hygiene. Various ‘hands on experience activities’
were conducted for the kindergarten to establish
healthy personal hygiene habits for themselves and
master the techniques like hand wash, brushing
their teeth. They were given colouring activities of
different objects required to keep themselves clean.
They also got the opportunity to explain what they
coloured and why it was important, the answers
shared by the children were amazing.
