        Why can’t girls play football

Every child has a goal in life. In this article, I want to express my dream, my goal. It starts
from my dream football. I believe that one must pursue one’s passion, especially girls. I

want girls to pursue and play the sports of their choice. Generally, there is a lot of
discrimination between boys and girls when it comes to sports especially football. This is

not for all girls, but some girls do face it. This is when girls listen to the world which
constantly shouting in our ears, “girls are not meant for it”, “They should play badminton

or any other light sport”. Well, this disappoints me that we do not have the power to make
decision that we want to play football and that it is our wish. Some boys are also respectful

and supporting for women’s participation in football, but some still believe in the old order
that women are not capable of doing anything. This truly disgusts me because I, for one,
                                                                  represent women too. Withholding girls

from going to school also attracts the
same magnitude of disgust. Well, this

was my experience and I hope that
things soon change and people begin to

encourage girls for school and football.
This would make the future of the

                                                                  country better and ensure equality
                                                                  between men and women.
