On 26 January 2022, India celebrated its 73rd Republic Day, commemorating the adoption of the
Constitution of India and the establishment of the country as a republic. As part of the broader "Azadi
ka Amrit Mahotsav" celebrations, Reliance Foundation School, Koparkhairane also celebrated the

event with great enthusiasm and patriotism through an online platform.

Adhering to all COVID-19 safety protocols, a few teachers and school staff gathered at the school.
The national flag was unfurled by the Headmistress, Ms. Kusha Sharma, which was followed by

National Anthem ‘Jan Gan Man’ and pledge.

To mark the occasion, a special assembly was organized, featuring recorded videos of speeches, poetry
recitation, instrumental music, dance performances, art presentations, and songs. These recordings

were shared with all students through their respective MST class links.

The principal's speech highlighted the great work done by the students and paid tribute to the struggle
and sacrifices of the freedom fighters. He also praised the cultural program presented by students of

classes 3 to 8, reminding them of their duties and responsibilities as citizens of India and the qualities of
a true patriot.

The dance and art performances were captivating and invoked a sense of patriotism, while the song and

speech reminded the students of their responsibilities as citizens. The assembly was coordinated and
executed well, inspiring everyone to uphold the honour, integrity, and uniqueness of our nation.
It ended with a vote of thanks and the national song, melodiously sung by the students.
