How Meditation Helped Me…
We all know that meditation helps us in different way to improve our
physical and mental health yet, are we doing it regularly?
I used to do meditation only when I felt I am stressed or I had an exhausting
day. But it didn’t help me and I used to wonder how meditating help can
me? I read some articles, spoke to few friends of mine who do meditation
and one common thing which they told me was… THEY DO IT
EVERYDAY. And that’s when I decided I will do it every day. No matter
how tired or sleepy I am feeling I will make this my lifestyle.
After a month I started to feel this difference within myself. I did not get
angry easily, I stopped looking at things negatively, I got less anxiety, my
digestive system improved, I could manage my stress, I could control my
hunger. And that’s when I realised that this is already helping me so much
if I continue to do this then I might be able to control myself.
Because having a self-control is ultimate. I am on the process to improve
myself. I would want all of you to make it a habit and one fine day all of you
will feel the same or even better.
