To enhance their vocabulary, a Spell Bee activity was conducted for students of classes 1 to 5, helping
them to understand commonly misspelt words and to consciously rectify their errors. In line with the
school's Reading Programme, a new Guided Reading Programme was initiated for class 1 students,
where teachers worked with small groups of students with similar reading behaviours and reading levels.
The texts selected were easy enough for students to read with some scaffolding from the teacher,
offering challenges and opportunities for problem-solving.
Swachata Mission was celebrated from 1st to 15th September 2021, with several virtual activities
conducted to promote the values and principles of the mission among the students. On 18 July 2021,
Mandela Day was celebrated to mark the birth anniversary of Mr Nelson Mandela, with class 4 and 5
