Teachers are the pillars of Reliance School (English Medium) as they instil values and build the foundation for learning in students. Teachers inspire students, nurture individual passion, and motivate them to achieve their goals and dreams.

At Reliance School, teachers encourage curiosity and a thirst for knowledge in students by means of regular teaching, and engage students in a variety of other developmental initiatives like organising the morning assembly, preparing the school annual magazine, arranging and managing different programmes, and participating in sporting events to keep fit and agile.

Teachers serve as mentors to students and motivate them to achieve academic excellence and explore their talent in arts and sports. They make use of innovative teaching methodology and teaching aids to keep students curious and eager to learn. To upgrade their skills, teachers of Reliance School regularly attend professional development sessions and integrate their learning in classroom transactions.
