Life Skills Education is an important part of the academic programme of the School. It enables learners to deal with real life situations by identifying and managing emotions, building relationships and developing inter-personal skills. It also nurtures creative ability, critical thinking, positive behaviour and effective communication skills of learners. Life skills education equips learners to respond better to adolescence issues and peer pressure, develop empathy and social skills, and most importantly, deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life.
