Admissions for Academic Year 2025-26

Before completing the online 'Application for admission form’, make sure that you have checked the eligibility criteria for the class to which admission is sought and that the child meets the eligibility criteria.

Nursery Child born between January 2022 and December 31, 2022 (both days inclusive) is eligible for admission to Nursery for the Academic Year 2025-26.
LKG Child born between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021 (both days inclusive) is eligible for admission to LKG for the Academic Year 2025-26.
UKG Child born between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020 (both days inclusive) is eligible for admission to UKG for the Academic Year 2025-26.
Class I Child born between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019 (both days inclusive) is eligible for admission to class I for the Academic Year 2025-26.
Classes II to IX The student must have successfully completed the previous class from a recognized education board in the Academic Year 2024-25 before joining the Reliance Foundation School, Lodhivali (English Medium).

Reliance Foundation School, Lodhivali (English Medium), follows an academic calendar of April to March.

The Academic Year 2025-26 commences as per the details given below

UKG to Class X Tuesday, 01 April 2025
Nursery & LKG Monday, 07 April 2025

If any change in the date of commencement of the academic session is necessitated, the same will be intimated to the parents.
The School reserves the right to alter these dates should the need arise.

Please read the instructions carefully before completing the online 'Application for Admission' form.
  • Please register yourself by clicking on the 'New User Sign up' option by using your Email ID and Mobile number. The registered Email ID will be the Login ID. Please complete the online 'Application for Admission' form using the Login ID.
  • If the application has to be made for more than one child, please complete the online 'Application for Admission' form using the same Login ID.
  • Please keep the required Photograph & Document ready on hand before proceeding for registration.
  • While the 'Application for Admission' form can be completed using a mobile phone, it is advisable to use a desktop computer or laptop.
  • Please complete the online 'Application for Admission' form using the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Internet Explorer (IE10 or above).
User Registration Your 'Email ID' is your 'Login ID'

All communications from the school concerning admissions will be sent ONLY to the registered 'Mobile Number' (mobile number issued in India) and 'Email ID' used at the time of submission of the online 'Application for Admission' form.

All text messages/SMS from the School will be sent from RFSLDV

Name of the Student Ensure that the student's name entered on the online 'Application for Admission' form matches:
  • For Nursery, LKG, UKG & Class I - the name mentioned in his/her birth certificate
  • For Class II to IX - the name mentioned in his\her previous School Leaving Certificate
Any addition or deletion in the name as mentioned in the leaving certificate of class X is not allowed.
Please note that the student's particulars such as name, date of birth, father's name and mother's name should be the same as they appear in the school leaving certificate.
Photograph The photograph of the student should be a recent color passport photograph on white, red, or blue background. The photograph should capture the full face, front view with eyes open. The head should be in the center of the frame. The file size should not exceed 5 MB. Only PNG, JPG, or JPEG format files can be uploaded.
Documents to be uploaded
Nursery, LKG and UKG
  • Self-attested copy of the child's birth certificate.
  • Self-attested copy of school reports, if available.
Class 1
  • Self-attested copy of the child's birth certificate
  • Blood Group Report & Aadhar card
  • Self-attested copies of school reports of the last two years if available.
Class II to IX
  • Self-attested copies of school reports of the last three years and the current year (2024-25).
  • Blood Group Report & Aadhar Card
  • Child School Leaving Certificate of previous school.
  • Self-attested documents of co-curricular, and sports achievements, if any, may be uploaded on the 'Additional Information' page under the relevant section.
Class XI
  • Self-attested copies of school reports of the last three years and the current year (2024-25).
  • Blood Group Report & Aadhar Card
  • Child School Leaving Certificate of previous school.
  • Personal Statement in a maximum of 500 words (to be written by the student and uploaded) giving an overview of interests, achievements and goals in academic and co-curricular areas as well as how studying at Reliance Foundation School, Lodhivali (English Medium) would help achieve those goals and aspirations.
  • Self-attested documents of co-curricular, and sports achievements, if any, may be uploaded on the 'Additional Information' page under the relevant section.
File Size of Documents Make sure that the size of each file to be uploaded does not exceed 5 MB. Documents should be uploaded ONLY in PDF, JPG, or JPEG formats. Every page of the document must be self-attested by any one parent or guardian. In the 'Additional Information' page of the 'Application for Admission' form, DOC files can be uploaded.
Parent's/Guardian's Declaration Before the submission of the 'Application for Admission' form, make sure you have read and understood the Parents'/Guardian's 'Declaration' and 'Accept' the same.
Parent's/Guardian's Signature At the time of online submission of the 'Application for Admission' form, ticking the checkbox in the Parents'/Guardian's Declaration section will be sufficient. Parents/Guardian are not required to e-sign the 'Application for Admission' form. Signatures of Parents/Guardian will be taken at a later stage.
Printing the 'Application for Admission' Form
  • Select 'Printing Options' in the 'Print' dialogue window
  • Set Layout to 'Portrait'
  • Set Paper Size to 'A4
  • Set Margins to 'None'
  • Click 'Print' to / save / print the 'Application for Admission' form

Note:
  • Further details will be communicated in due course to all the registered applicants who satisfy the eligibility criteria.
  • Reliance Foundation School, Lodhivali (English Medium), reserves the right to amend any of its policies and regulations from time to time, including procedures and requirements relating to admissions. The submission of a completed 'Application for Admission' form does not guarantee admission. Admission will be subject to availability of seats and subject to Management's discretion.
