In the Finals of Little Orators Inter-School Competition organised by Paradigm Shift on 9th Of February, 2020 Dia Sutaria (8B) won the Best Orator Award, Tanvi Brahmankar (8C) and Satwik Aravind (8C) were the runnerups.

INTER-SCHOOL DEBATE COMPETITION

An Inter-school Debate Competition was organised by Agarwal Vidya Vihar School, Surat on February 8th , 2020 for class IX and XI. 24 schools had participated. Our school was represented by the team of Krish Uttamchandani (XI Com) and Paree Thakkar (XI Com) who chose the topic: 'Can Freedom of Speech leads to National Disintegration?" Paree Thakkar who spoke for the motion bagged the first prize winning the trophy and bringing laurels to school. Both kids got applause for their performance.

Rutvi Baloni our Badminton Champion Of Class 9C won in different tournaments organised at District and State levels under 17. She stood 4th at the National level SGFI, individual event and qualified for  Khelo India Youth Games ,to be held at Guwahati in Jan. 2020.

Khushi Meshri of XI Science won Bronze in U-17 SGFI National Taekwondo  Tournament at Vidhisha(MP) from 17th December to 22nd December

 

 She also bagged gold medal in under 17 category CBSE West zone Taekwondo tournament

Rashtriya Hindi Olympiad awarded the "HINDI BAL SHRESTH SAMMAN"

Two students of our school Mast. Shobhit  Poddar of class VI and  Mast. Smeet  Vesmavala of class VII  received the National Award in Hindi Olympiad at Trimurti Bhavan New Delhi on 11th October 2019. The Hindi Vikas Samanthan, New Delhi organised the National Hindi Award Ceremony 2019.

Mihir Pradhan of Class XI Science  and Arjun Kundu of NIOS, our Lawn Tennis Stars-brought merit to the school by winning state ranking in AITA championship series and Khel Maha Kumbh.

Rutvi Baloni of class VIII- achieved the following in Badminton:
• First in U/15 Girls' Singles State Ranking Tournament held in Surat. 
• Runner-up in U/15 Girl's Doubles in State Ranking Tournament held in Surat. 
• Third in U/17 Girl's Singles State Ranking held at Rajkot and Bhavnagar.
• Silver Medal in U/15 Girl's Singles State Ranking Tournament held at Palanpur. 
• No 1 Ranked Player in Gujarat for U/15 Girl's Single.

Gold in Girl's Single in U/14 District Level- Khelmahakumbh. 
Gold in Girl's Single in U/14 State Level- Khelmahakumbh. 
Surat Team Won Silver in Girls' Team Event in U/14 category in Khelmahakumbh. Rutvi Baloni was the captain spearheading the tournament.
 She has been selected from the Gujarat Badminton Association to participate in Invitational National Ranking Tournaments held in Bangalore for U/15 Girl's Singles category.
She represented Gujarat in SGFI National in Aurangabad from 30th Dec 2018 till 2nd Jan 2019.
